Health & Safety Policy

Comcor Environmental Limited believes that people are our most valuable asset. It is therefore Managements’ policy to provide a safe work environment where all employees may work free from injury. It is the policy of Comcor to comply with all relevant Health and Safety laws and regulations.

Senior management has the responsibility to ensure adequate resources are provided to effectively implement and maintain the Comcor Health and Safety Program. Management will supervise the implementation and maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions as part of our commitment to employee health and safety.

Managers and Supervisors have the responsibility for the safety and welfare of the employees, contractors and sub-contractors supervised and therefore working conditions must meet acceptable standards of safety. Managers and Supervisors will identify and communicate health and safety hazards and ensure all employees, contractors and sub-contractors receive the proper Health and Safety training. 

Each employee has the final responsibility of working in compliance with company safety rules and procedures and the Occupational Health and Safety Act, thus protecting his/her own safety and that of fellow co-workers. 

Comcor will exceed legislative requirements where it is practical and feasible to do so. Together as a team, we shall achieve our ultimate goal of a safe and healthy work environment.
